Q: What services are provided by the on-site manager?

The on-site manager is available as a concierge, facilitating any issues within the space. The manager can assist with questions related to the DeskWorks coworking software platform, as well as billing questions.

Q: What is the minimum length of time (in months) for the lease?
  • For a Private Office: Yes, the minimum membership time is 1 year.
  • For Hot Desk and Café memberships: No, there is no minimum membership length; it is billed on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day termination notification required.
Q: What if my team grows and I need more space?

At Saratoga CoWorks, we want to see your business succeed and grow! Every effort will be made to accommodate your growth within our multiple coworking locations, based on your specific space needs.

Q: How are payments collected each month?

We utilize an innovative software platform called DeskWorks, that will automatically compile any charges for the past month, plus payment due for the upcoming month, into an invoice that can be reviewed prior to automatically charging the credit card provided.

Q: Can my children come with me?

Saratoga CoWorks is a space for professionals conducting business; we would request that children not be brought in.

Q: Can I bring my dog?

Your dog can be “interviewed” by Saratoga CoWorks management for potential approval to join you at work.

Q: Is there a communal phone number?

No; your business may contract with an outside provider to bring in a VOIP phone if needed.

Q: Can I get a referral bonus for bringing in a new coworker?

Yes; if you bring in a Hot Desk member or a Private Office member, you will receive one month of your membership for free.

Q: Does Saratoga CoWorks provide “spare parts,” e.g., charging cords, mouse, or phone chargers?

We may have something to be borrowed, and are happy to share if we do, but spare technology-related parts are not something that will always be on-hand and available.
