The Challenge
Getting the idea off the ground wasn’t easy. Seven times we went to the bank to secure a loan. They couldn’t wrap their heads around coworking. ‘Why not just rent the whole space to one company?’ they asked. Finally, I brought them across the street, in their suits and ties, to show them our space. I explained that small businesses are the backbone of America, and every one of them started somewhere. ‘The people who rent space here,’ I told them, ‘are going to grow, and guess where they’ll go for their next loan?’ And just like that, we got the loan.

Where We Are Now
Since then, we’ve grown with Saratoga Springs, a town known for its horses, health, and history. We now have three locations within walking distance of each other, each offering a mix of private offices and coworking spaces designed to meet the needs of today’s professionals.
