Open Space Plus
Our space, your rules—every day. Our Open Space Plus membership lets you pop in as often as you want, whether it’s a quick five-day sprint or a full month of productivity. Pick your favorite spot in our open area on a first-come, first-served basis, and make each day as flexible as you are.
Cost: $350 per month

Open Space Basic
Need a space to focus, but not every day? The Open Space Basic plan gives you up to four days a month to get stuff done in our vibrant coworking space. Perfect for when you need a break from the home office or just want a change of scenery. First-come, first-served—just drop by, plug in, and let the creativity flow.

How flexible are the memberships?
We offer month-to-month for shared spaces, and year-long for private offices. No strings attached—just Wi-Fi, coffee, and good vibes.
Is there a registration fee?

What’s the difference between Hot Desk Flex and Hot Desk Unlimited?
Hot Desk Flex gives you 4 days a month of coworking space access, while Hot Desk Unlimited gives you unlimited access all month long. The choice is yours!
Can I use the space 24/7?
Our Hot Desk and Private Office members have access during regular business hours, but our Private Office members can inquire about extended hours.
How DO I see My invoice?
Check the Members Portal for all things billing.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?
Just notify our Community Manager. No hoops, no hurdles.
Is there a members-only portal?

Can I upgrade my plan if I need more space?

Can I ACCESS THE OTHER LOCATIONS?
Typically, we like to keep you in your ‘home base’ workspace. But if you ever feel the need to roam, we can talk it over and figure out what works best.
Can I schedule a tour before committing?
Absolutely! We actually prefer you check out the space before locking in. Our Community Manager is ready to be your coworking concierge.
Do you insure personal property?
Sorry, we don’t cover personal items. Make sure to get your own coverage.
Do you host member events?
Yes! We love connecting our community. Expect fun, engaging events that mix business with a bit of social magic.
Can I speak on the phone?
Yes, but be courteous. Use your private office, pop into one of our phone booths, or step outside to keep the peace.
Can I receive mail?
Only for Private Office members. Mail services are part of the perks!
Is coffee included?

Is there a Mother's Room?
A Mother's Room is available at Congress Springs and Regent Springs.

Landlines? In this century? We stick to the mobile life here, so feel free to use your cell.
Is there parking?

Can I bring outside food?
Absolutely! We won’t judge your leftover pizza, but we might judge your tuna sandwich.
What technology and office services are available?
High-speed Wi-Fi, print/scan/copy machines, secure entry, and conference rooms. All the tools you need to get the job done.
How secure is your wi-fi?

What if there is a maintenance or equipment issue?
Hop onto the Members Portal to submit a ticket.
Can I bring my dog to work?
Yes! We just need to give them a quick interview to ensure they’re the paw-fect coworker.
Can I bring a guest to the coworking space?
You are permitted two guests for three hours. Guests may not stay for consecutive three-hour periods, unless pre-authorized by us. Conference room attendees may stay for the duration of the meeting.
Can I bring my kids?
We love kids! But Saratoga CoWorks is a grown-up workspace. Maybe leave the little ones with a sitter while you crush your workday.
Do you offer day passes for visitors?
We sure do! If you're just dropping in for a day of work or visiting Saratoga, our Day Passes are the perfect option.
